About Me
I've always been curious about the ways that our internal make-up is reflected in our outer actions and about the various ways of representing or symbolizing the deeper meaning of our lives. This led me, from the 1970s forward, to extensive studies in astrology, tarot, and other metaphysical things. Then in the 80s, I studied Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) only to discover, in the 2000s, that NLP provides a lot of the infrastructure for life coaching, as we know it today. Along the way, I earned certifications as a Professional Member of the American Federation of Astrologers, as a Master Practitioner of NLP, and as a Board Certified Life coach. However, the credentials are not as important as my ongoing fascination with the workings of the mind, the heart, and the Universe.

In my work today, I utilize these various tools to fuel my deep delight in discovering and discussing how my clients are organized within themselves, how they make sense of the world, and how they evolve and make decisions that are aligned with their values and priorities.
